Stages in erecting your polytunnel kit
1. Mark out polytunnel site and drive in the foundation tubes for each hoop. Dig four sides of a moat trench (not door opening) - one spade deep and a spade wide. |

2. Trench to be three inches outside the floor area of Polytunnel. |
3. Complete remaining hoops, brace tubes and ridge tubes |

4. Make up timber for door frames and fix in position using metal straps supplied (see Working Instructions). ANTI HOTSPOT TAPE can be applied at this stage to protect the cover. See illustration below |
5. Cover structure with sheeting, stretch from end to end and secure cover to door frames. Fill in trench, burying a generous overlap of the sheeting. Make up the blind doors and fit to door frame. |

6. Polytunnels can be erected on concreted or paved areas by concreting the foundation tubes and fastening the polythene to a cladding rail at ground level. |
